For years, they relied on the LINE app for communication and paper records to manage orders from retailers. As their business grew, this system became increasingly difficult to maintain, and they needed a solution that could scale with their expanding customer base.
The challenge wasn’t just about creating an e-commerce website—it was about building a platform that would serve a diverse range of customers. Client's Problem

Solution and Implementation
1. E-commerce Website

5. Multi-Store System (Phase 5)
Phase 5 involved developing a multi-store system to further enhance Garn Enterprise’s operations. This system includes three distinct stores: a Reserved Retailer Store, a Retailer Store, and a Wholesaler Store, each with its own dedicated admin panel for secure, isolated management. Additionally, three warehouse systems were developed to manage inventory across these stores. This system allows Garn Enterprise’s customers to easily access their respective stores, place orders, and manage their accounts. It also supports Garn Enterprise’s marketing team by enabling them to create personalized marketing campaigns and content for specific customer groups. This development has improved overall operational efficiency and user experience on the platform.
